Once you have collected a minimum of 25 signatures, you can mail your petition to Ottawa for Leah to table in the House of Commons. You don't need to use a stamp or pay for postage when sending mail to a Member of Parliament.

If you are collecting many signatures, please print out multiple copies of the second page of the petition. Signatures are invalid if they do not contain the individual's signature and address, and if they are collected on a paper without the statement "We, the undersigned residents of Canada and First Nations, call on the Government of Canada to amend Bill C-37 to recognize the human right of all First Nations individuals to clean drinking water, to be compliant with ALL articles of UNDRIP, and to commit sufficient funding to ensure the right to clean water is upheld in practice."
